Information regarding the processing of personal data by Emriva Dent Dental Clinic in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
This Data Protection Notice has been prepared by Emriva Dent Dental Clinic in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698, "KVKK") and in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable to our international patients.

- Data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- International transfers are carried out only under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Data is collected through contact forms on our website, email and WhatsApp channels.
- Legal basis: explicit consent; performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5).
- Health data is processed under KVKK Art. 6/3 for the purpose of providing health-related services.
Retention Periods
- Appointment and consultation requests: 2 years from the end of communication
- Patient treatment records: 5 years from the treatment date (as required by Turkish Patient Rights Regulation)
- Legally required data: as stipulated by the relevant legislation
Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11 (and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about how it is processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data where the conditions of KVKK Art. 7 are met
- Object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from automated processing
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

Right to Lodge a Complaint
